Lot Rent

• Lot rent is due on the 1st of the month and will be pro-rated to the 1st on arrival.

• If rent is not paid on the 1st, a late fee of $25.00 will be applied to your lot fee with an additional fee of $5.00 per day for every day late, starting the 10th.

• Checks returned for non-sufficient funds (N.S.F.) will be subject to a fee of $35.00.

• For the 6 in / 6 out Residents must stay at this rate for 12 months.

Deposit Fees

• There is a deposit equal to one month (U.S. Funds) required to hold an RV site, which will be applied to your last month's rent.

• If you leave before your scheduled departure date, you are responsible for the remainder of your lot fee.

• A $50.00 administration fee will be charged to all cancellations.

• All cancellations must be made by September 15th. Deposits are non-refundable after this date.

Storage Fees

• There is a $75.00 / month storage fee for all recreational vehicles & trailers placed in the storage area.

• There is a 3 month minimum storage fee.

Fob Fees

• There is a $25.00 fee for each gate opener required. These are final sale, non-refundable units.

Pets

• Management reserves the right to approve or disapprove particular type(s) or breed(s).

• Absolutely no aggressive breeds will be permitted.

• All vaccinations must be current and the office will make copies.
